Candace Bishop, PA-C, joined Christenbury Eye Center in April 2008. Candace will focus on growth and expansion of the newest edition to the Christenbury family – The Christenbury Medi-Spa. She has worked as a Physician Assistant in North Carolina for nine years. Candace graduated from the Wake Forest Physician Assistant Program in 1999. She has a B.S. in Biology from Pembroke State University and an MBA from Strayer University. She is a native to the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Candace enjoys domestic and foreign travel, running, kayaking and playing with her German shorthaired pointer and Jack Russell terriers. She is a volunteer for the Cornelius Animal Shelter in Cornelius, NC.
Katie Carpenter is a North Carolina licensed Medical Esthetician and has extensive experience in the skin care and cosmetic industries. She received her training at the Aveda Institute of Charlotte and is certified with the National Coalition of Estheticians. She has a special interest in corrective skin care treatments and anti-aging procedures
